Sherry Sweet

Sherry is a very sweet fortified white wine. It is produced in Andalusia in Spain and is usually made of Pedro Ximenez or Moscatel grapes. Sherry is slightly lighter than Port wines. It can be also be made in a dry style. Characteristic nutty aromas and flavours of dried fruit and figs.
