Sémillion is a rich, dry white wine. Its style differs depending where it is grown. Famous cold climate areas where Sémillion is grown include Bordeaux in France, Washington State in the US and Hunter Valley in Australia. Characterized by its citrus, herbal and floral aromas. Cold climate makes the citrus and mineral flavours more dominant.
