Sauternes

Sauternes is a high-quality sweet white wine made with the "noble rot style". It is produced exclusively in the Sauternais region in Bordeaux in France. It is made of the grapes Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc and Muscadelle grapes. The wine is very sweet, but balanced thanks to the wine's natural high acidity.
