Late harvest Sémillion is a rich, sweet wine which is characterized by flavours of lemon, honey, pineapple and almonds. It is a wine made from grapes left on the vine longer than usual. The grapes are picked after their peak ripeness, they become sweeter with a more concentrated sugar content.
