Late Harvest Chardonnay

The late harvest style of Chardonnay is a rich, sweet wine which is characterized by its creamy texture and flavours of tropical fruit, citrus, apple, honey and orange peel. Late harvest Chardonnay is a wine made from grapes left on the vine longer than usual. The grapes are picked after their peak ripeness, they become sweeter with a more concentrated sugar content.
