Chablis

Chablis is the northernmost region of Burgundy, close to Champagne, in France. The wines from Chablis are made with 100% Chardonnay grapes. This region's limestone soil and cool climate give its wines characteristic minerality and high acidity. Chablis wines are typically dry, lean and unoaked.
