Cava Semi Seco

Cava semi seco is a slightly sweet and zesty sparkling wine. Cava is mostly produced in Penedes in Spain. It is produced with the same method as Champagne, but with different grapes. Characteristic flavours of stone fruit, yellow apple, almond, pear and orange.
