Vintage Port is a sweet and fruity fortified red wine made with top-quality grapes selected from a single vintage. It is produced exclusively in the Douro Valley in Portugal. It is less sweet than Tawny Port. Vintage Port is best drunk old (15–30 years of age). Characteristic flavours of chocolate, black currant and dried fruit.
